This meeting is open to the President and a delegate from each club, with volunteers and invited judges.

Beginning and closing times for each day vary. There is a pre-conference optional workshop at 5 PM on Monday, May 22.

Activities include optional workshops, a flower show, garden tours, zone dinners in private homes and an optional post-trip on May 25 to tour Columbus.
